ABRASIVE WATER JET
We offer 2 water jet cutting systems in our facility. One is a single head cutting system and one is a dual head for production runs.
- Excellent for thick materials and prototype jobs such as: various metals, plastic, rubber and all stone materials such as granite, limestone, marble and many others.
- 73" x 146" cutting area.
- Quality cut up to 2" thick +/- .015 tolerance.
- Low operating temperatures will eliminate machining the heat hardened edges.
- Can cut up to 8" thick materials
- Production of parts from blueprints and import of files from DFX format plus many others
